How can you offer such low prices? top
Well, for 3 main reasons. 1) I have sets of pre-built "styles" that I use to create your site. Not to say that your site will lokk like someone elses... Each site is customised by me to give you a completely customized look. And 2) I use VPS technology to host your site. That means I get very reasonable pricing on fees I have to pay, and I pass those savings onto you. For more information on what VPS is and why it is a good thing for you, see the FAQ under System Information. And 3) My profit is built on the requirement that you pay me a monthly fee for 1 year. Think of it in terms of a car lease, only cheaper and better. You give me a little down and xx a month, I create and maintain your site for you.

If I change brokers, will you update my site? top
Absolutely. Their is a modest fee, and you will need to get me the new IDX information once the change is made on the MLS. I also will need (if I don't already have) any new logo graphics of your new broker.

Do I have to use PayPal? top
At this time, yes. Using PayPal allows me to keep my costs low. Other processing methods are available, but PayPal is much, much less in cost and complexity than others I have researched. Because of the recurring payment structure, any processor I use will still require that you register name and account information to initiate the billing. PayPal has an exemplery record in the industry and I have never had an issue with them as a processor.

If I pre-pay for a year, do I get a discount? top
Yes! If you pay the set-up and recurring in advance, the total cost would be $450, which saves you up to $105. Sorry, but I do not offer quarterly or semi-annual billing.

How do I cancel service? top
You may cancel at any time after the initial 1 year agreement is fulfilled with 30 days e-mail notification. Cancellation during the initial year requires that the remaining term of agreement be paid in full.

How much is it to add Spanish as an option for my site? top
There is an initial charge of $150 and $10 a month. The reason for this is that your site is essentially duplicated in Spanish, so you actually will have 2 distinct sites, one in English and the other in Spanish.

7.
I need to change my billing credit card. What do I need to do? top
Log in to PayPal and under the "Profile" tab, choose credit card. You will be able to make your changes there.
